Your Chance to Get Involved in Fighting Discrimination on the Labor Market
This project, funded by Royal Netherlanden Embassy and implemented by CPE, is meant to contribute to the prevention and efficient management of gender discrimination cases on the labor market in Moldova, Romania (Bacau, Botosani, Iasi, Neamt, Suceava, Vaslui counties) through common actions of all stakeholders: NGOs, public institutions, companies and employers’ associations, trade unions and national agencies with responsibilities in preventing and sanctioning discrimination.

CPE is committed to mainstreaming the principle of equal opportunities for women and men into the public policies and associated practices, as an integral part of democratization and the creation of an open society, in order to re-define the status and improve the condition of women in Romania.

CPE supports initiatives and runs programs and projects that aim at raising awareness within the Romanian society in regards to women's present condition and the role they can and must play in the social development of our country.
