CPE is a member organization of Soros Open Network.
The Soros Open Network - Romania (SON) is a value-based network of 13 autonomous nongovernmental organizations, which fosters Romania's sustainable development.

CPE is a member organization of the Coalition of NGOs Involved in Programs Concerning Violence against Women. The Coalition is a structure that includes 33 organizations from all over the country, involved in activities of preventing, combating and monitoring the phenomenon of violence against women.

CPE is a member organization of the Women Against Violence Europe - WAVE.

WAVE is a network of European women's non-governmental organizations working in the field of combating violence against women and children (women's refuges, counseling centers, SOS hotlines/help lines, organizations focusing on prevention and training, etc.).

National Association of Citizens Advice Bureaux. The Citizens Advice Bureaux (CAB) information and advice services aim to support citizens in exercising their rights and duties and in solving their more complex problems, as well as in facilitating the citizens' relations with local or central authorities. CABs and NACAB use their experience, acquired through the process of information and advice in order to influence the development of policies and public services, both at local and national level.

Center for Legal Resources. The Center for Legal Resources engages in the establishment of a legal and institutional framework that guarantees respect for human rights and equal opportunities, free access to a fair trial, and promotes legal expertise in the interest of all individuals.

Center Education 2000+ . The mission of the Center education 2000+ is to promote the values of a knowledge-based global open society by: supporting the development of an open and democratic public education system in Romania, whose characteristics are: transparent and fair competition, cooperation, support for individual initiative and innovation in this field; promoting the initiatives that aim at equal chances in education, student-centered learning activities, a broader community involvement in school life and the development of educational reform implementation patterns that can be replicated nationwide.

Euroregional Center for Democracy. The Euroregional Center for Democracy is a non-governmental and non-profit organization, that promotes democracy and stability in Central and South - Eastern Europe.

Resource Center for Roma Communities. The mission of the Resource Center for Roman Communities is to contribute to the improvement of the life conditions of the Roma in Romania.

Pro Women. Pro Women's mission is the increasing of the women's level of self confidence and personal development in order to successfully improve their participation in strengthening democracy.

Community Safety and Mediation Center. The Community Safety and Mediation Center's mission is to develop community safety models by means of multi-institutional co-operation and to establish services according to the highest standards, in order to support the victims of any form of abuse and violence, through an integrated, multidisciplinary approach and through respect every person.

Cultural Foundation "Negru Voda" . The main target of The Cultural Foundation "Negru Voda" is the stimulation of cultural and economical revival of the Fagaras Country, by stressing on the local resources, traditions and talents, on re-building liaisons with people from Fagaras living abroad.
