This project, funded by Royal Netherlanden Embassy and implemented by CPE, is meant to contribute to the prevention and efficient management of gender discrimination cases on the labor market in Moldova, Romania (Bacau, Botosani, Iasi, Neamt, Suceava, Vaslui counties) through common actions of all stakeholders: NGOs, public institutions, companies and employers’ associations, trade unions and national agencies with responsibilities in preventing and sanctioning discrimination.

The project’s objectives:

1. To involve all stakeholders (trade unions, NGOs, companies and employers’ associations, public institutions) from Moldova, Romania in the process of preventing and fighting gender discrimination on the labor market in the region.

2. To increase the level of information and awareness of all project’s target groups representatives (trade unions, NGOs, companies and employers’ associations, citizens) concerning equal opportunities for women and men on the labor market and gender discrimination.

3. To develop skills in managing gender discrimination cases on the labor market for the project’s target groups representatives (trade unions, NGOs and companies).

4. To create specialized tools and work instruments to be used as resources by the project’s target groups representatives in ensuring equal opportunities for women and men on the labor market.
